The times were really tough and both my mental and physical health have been compromised since, the other tenant stole my deposit and since then my finances have been in decline.

During all this time Mr. Alan and his team tried really hard to help me and protect me even if at the time I could not see it. They did everything in their power to keep me safe and the tenant that caused of all of this won't have his contract renewed and I'd like to thank Robert Alan and his Team for doing the right thing.

Even when the times were very very stressful and difficult they still made sure that my safety and well being was taken care of and I'm sure if they could have helped me get my deposit back they would have.
