The first step after reading this Selling My House FAQ is to get your free no obligation valuation. We have two free valuation methods available. The first is an instant online valuation based on your postcode and the second is a personal home visit valuation.
The instant online valuation is less accurate as it does not take into account your property features but is nonetheless a good place to start. The home visit valuation by one of our sales agents is far more accurate and we can discuss with you ways to increase the value of your property.
