This agency did everything they legally could during my tenancy to help me as I was having difficulties with the other tenant.

The times were really tough and both my mental and physical health have been compromised since, the other tenant stole my deposit and since then my finances have been in decline.

During all this time Mr. Alan and his team tried really hard to help me and protect me even if at the time I could not see it.
